Over the past decade Bellevue Building have enjoyed the growth to become one of Sydney’s most respected architectural building firms.

Established in 2015 by managing director Michael Graham, Bellevue Building has built its foundations on trust and transparency along with its systematic building processes and highly skilled team.

The mission of the practice is to exceed the expectations of clients and architects alike, and continue to lead by example.

MICHAEL GRAHAM-DIRECTOR

A carpenter by trade, with further studies in Building, Michael has over 25 years experience in building. Michael has worked on projects from the UK & Netherlands to Tropical North Queensland and award winning projects across Sydney. Michael is renowned as a trusted professional within the industry. Michael has a keen personal interest in using recycled building materials on projects and his own home where possible to limit the companies carbon footprint and appreciates the unique textures and finishes only achievable by utilising recycled products.

TEAM

Bellevue Building only employ in house carpenters, site foreman and apprentices, over time this has allowed the firm to train, nurture and build its collaborative, tight knit team and allow staff to progress within the company. Everyone shares the same passion for achieving exceptional results and making the building process as seamless as possible.

Bellevue Building engage the same handful of highly skilled sub-contractors to carry out all specialist works on projects.

Across all trades the team has a meticulous eye for detail and strive for continuous improvement in all aspects of the build.

HEALTH & SAFETY

One of the most important things on site is the livelihood of staff & site visitors, everyone has the right to work in a hazard free environment which is why the firm have implemented a strict non smoking policy since 2020. Smoking is strictly prohibited on site, increasing general health and productivity alike.

Bellevue Building have in house scaffold and site safety measures in place to implement site cleanliness, security, hygiene and ensure all works carried out are done so safely and efficiently.

All aspects of work are carried out to meet Australian Standards by appropriately licensed professionals and all works are BCA compliant, all trades have relevant insurances in place and the firm have Home Warranty Insurance in place for every project so all parties are protected.

SO WHAT SETS US APART?

The age old question…….Bellevue Building can offer on request integrated client/staff project software to assist with budget control and time frame, we can offer onsite CCTV security for peace of mind where jobs have costly materials and/or appliances stored on site. We can also offer cost effective storage solutions when clients are challenged for space to store furniture/household items during construction.

We have a workshop in Brookvale that allows us to produce bespoke timber and steel projects offsite. By doing this we are able to pre-fab certain elements offsite sometimes weeks or even months in advance, allowing us to have a systematic approach improving efficiency ten fold by having things ready in advance. It also takes weather restrictions out of the equation in some instances, but lastly it allows the team to produce stunning work when the most intricate details are in demand.

We also maintain the same work crew for each site from start to finish, we find its a more rewarding process for the staff and clients alike as the staff are very aware of what’s gone into the job and it maintains a continuity and clear communication throughout the build.
