Double Bay
The contract involved the construction of this 150m2 conventional style
hip and valley roof all of which was cut (pitched) on site. The project
had many elements to it, - i.e. a Dutch gable, oblique hip, a scotch
valley and exposed rafter tails, open eaves and fascia.
The Bellevue Building team enjoyed every challenge this project
presented and it was a rewarding sight to see the sleek appearance of
the slate roof finish.
Bellevue Building stayed on for a further month after the roof was
finished, providing labour hire to complete an attic conversion in the
existing roof space and the internal fit out.
